最近我们在喜满楼承办了一场约100人的婚礼自助餐，今天想简单记录一下甜品区的布置，希望对正在筹备婚宴的朋友们有些参考📝
这次加入中式元素，又想让整体感觉轻松不拘束，于是我们特别设计了一个中式甜品台：
🍡 芝麻球、香芒糯米糍、雷沙汤圆、棉花糕，还有手工果冻糕，都是厨房当天现做，尽量控制甜度，兼顾年轻人和长辈口味。
🌸 造型用了三层花车架和仿真花点缀，层次感和氛围感一下就出来了，很多宾客边吃边拍照留念～
🎈 场地方面，我们这边100人以内的婚宴可以走比较自由的自助形式，不需烦恼客人桌位安排，动线顺，适合喜欢简单温馨风格的新人。

Wedding Buffet + Chinese Dessert Table
We recently hosted a wedding buffet for around 100 guests at Xi Man Lou, and we’d love to share a little glimpse of our dessert table setup—hopefully it provides some inspiration for couples planning their big day! 📝
For this event, we blended traditional Chinese elements with a casual, relaxed atmosphere by creating a thoughtfully designed Chinese-style dessert table:
🍡 On the menu: freshly made sesame balls, mango glutinous rice rolls, peanut-coated tangyuan, cotton cakes, and handmade fruit jelly.
Each dessert was prepared by our kitchen team on the day of the event, with balanced sweetness to suit both younger guests and elders.
🌸 We used a tiered floral stand with silk flower decorations to create depth and an elegant visual effect—guests couldn’t resist snapping photos while enjoying the treats.
🎈 As for the venue, we offer flexible buffet-style setups for weddings with under 100 guests. This format allows for free movement and eliminates the stress of formal seating arrangements—perfect for couples who prefer a warm and intimate celebration.
